Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your package to return a product without giving any reason, as provided by law for online purchases. The period begins on the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused, intact, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Changes & Cancellations

Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled. However, you can update the details (for example, the address) within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us with a photo attached and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including shipping costs — with no hassle.

Return Costs

For right-of-withdrawal returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For damaged or defective products, we cover the costs.

Please do not send returns to any address not confirmed by our support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for your order.
